ELIGIBILITY: Our monthly "Win a DVD" contest is strictly open to legal residents of the 50 United States. Employees of Mailbag Media Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each of the above are not eligible to enter. No purchase is necessary - The contest is void where prohibited.
HOW TO WIN: A Mailbag Media representative will randomly draw one winning entry from all entries received. For your entry to qualify. Your entry must be received prior to 12:00 a.m. eastern, on the last day of each calendar month. Mailbag Media is not responsible for lost or delayed entries. Mailbag Media reserves the right to announce the winner on the MailbagMedia.com website. PRIZES: Mailbag Media will notify the randomly selected winner by email. The winner will receive a DVD of their choosing from Amazon.com, up to a maximum retail value of $25.00. The winner will have 10 days after notification to respond for collection of the prize. The mailing address provided by the winner for receipt of the prize, must be located within the continental United States. HOW TO ENTER: Go to the MailbagMedia.com "Win a DVD" webpage, and enter your name, your email address, and the legitimate names and email addresses of friends and family who will receive an invitation to visit the Mailbag Media website, and click on the "Send message" button. Each delivered invitation gives you one additional chance at winning the contest. There is no limit on how many invitations you may send out, except each email address entered must be valid, used only once, and the recipient must be a friend, relative or acquaintance of yours. All entries are verified for compliance prior to declaring a winner. Not abiding to the above rules automatically disqualifies you from winning our contest. Spamming for the purposes of increasing your odds of winning the contest will not be tolerated. PRIVACY POLICY: Mailbag Media greatly respects your privacy. Once a winner has been selected and contestants have been notified, all information submitted is promptly deleted. We do not use the information provided, for any reason other than conducting the contest. CONTEST LIMITATIONS: Mailbag Media reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend our monthly draw for any reason whatsoever. We also reserve the right to alter or amend the contest rules at any time. |
